In today’s video we sit down with Chris from Nest Capital and we discuss exactly what a MIC is, a Mortgage Investment Corporation.
A lot of real estate investors have heard about MICs but they don’t necessarily understand exactly if they can get a mortgage from a MIC or if they’re lending money to a MIC and the answer is they do both so I have Chris from Nest Capital on the channel to share with us exactly how MICs work!
